Well, I try to make my space for women very safe but also try not to be patronising about it - its a tricky balance to strike.
However, socially, with regards to women and their safety, the UK is in a better place as opposed to the Victorian times. Legally, the UK has progressed from enacting the cat and mouse laws to suffrage. These progress need to be acknowledged.
I am not here to justify any toxic culture within the masculinity, but to show that, some men are trying everyday to be decent and that, realistically, misogyny and sexism will always be a subject to discuss.
