Sounds like fun!!

It's kind similar to what I learnt in law school: Freeganism (just googled it to see if it relates to dumpster diving and turns out it is an ideology of dumpster diving)!

It is a "technically legal" activity in the UK, that's if the dumpster doesn't belong to a private property - trespassing.
