A bit of an exaggeration here.

Racism: “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.”

I do not condone what those air head employees have done the poor woman, but this is just plain mockery of her using linguistic tropes. However, I don’t think that amounts to racism. Bullying, yes. Racism wouldn’t categorically say so.
